Spend Your Money Wisely on Your Trade Show Promotion
By    Editor    From:   www.contact-china.com

Trade show promotion is tricky business, but with a little knowledge and budgeted spending, it can be relatively easy. Most importantly, you want to ensure you spend your hard-earned dollars wisely on your trade show promotion. You most definitely do not want the trade show promotion to put you in the red. Here are some inexpensive and classy ways to promote your trade show.

Invitations: No one will come to the trade show if you don't invite them! Print up some invitations. If you have a high-quality computer and printer you could do this at home. Be sure to include any free tickets you have to the trade show for loyal customers. Be sure to include all of your current customers in your invitation roster, because they will most likely spread the word about your company and the trade show. Trade show promotion works best when you get the word out there and your current customers help sell you as well! Likewise, be sure to include any business leaders you'd like to impress in your invites.

Postcards: The postcard is one of the greatest tools you can utilize when doing trade show promotion. The people you send them to will quickly read the card because they don't have to open a letter or anything of that nature. Likewise, they're easy to print up and can be made from the comforts of your home office.

Self-advertisement: When you are actually at the trade show, promote your business by selling yourself. If there is an opportunity to, get up and speak or make a presentation. If it goes off without a hitch, you'll promote your business in front of many other business leaders. This looks terrific, and can be extremely impressive to those you want to impress.

Giveaways: Now, it might seem cheap to some to give away free little trinkets for trade show promotion, but it most definitely is not. Of course, don't give away something truly cheap, as this will just make you appear silly. Instead, offer people who come up to your trade show booth a magnet with your company logo printed on it, or a perhaps a bookmark would be more up your alley. The best item you can distribute is a notepad with your company logo printed on it. This sort of trade show promotion goes beyond the actual trade show itself, and makes potential customers think of you and your company every time they take down a phone number. Besides, nobody would turn down a notepad, and it really will be useful in their lives. Even though this kind of trade show promotion happens at the trade show and not before, it will have a lasting effect on the amount of business you bring in.

Whatever your company sells, performing good trade show promotion is something that will benefit your company for many years to come.
